Refund, Return & Cancellation

At CoxStores, your happiness is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservative. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly consult our experts.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Coxstores is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Orders once placed through www.coxstores.com can be cancelled within 16 hours of order placement.

No Refund/Cancellation shall be made once goods are dispatched.

In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 6 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.

Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Coxstores.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order.
